Birth and postpartum doula services are offered to families in Salt Lake and surrounding counties.  

Labor & Birth Package

This package includes:
​
  • Three prenatal visits to discuss your preferences, birth and postpartum plans, hopes + dreams, fears + concerns, and what I provide as  your doula
  • Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions
  • Phone/text support from date of hire until 3 months postpartum.
  • On-call from 39 weeks on.  Ready to come to you when active labor begins, day or night.
  • Continuous in-person support during active labor, birth, and immediate postpartum 
  • Breastfeeding support
  • One postpartum visit to your home to support you as a parent

Postpartum care

Postpartum sessions can include:
​
  • Overnight care of baby
  • Tried + true infant feeding + soothing + care tips
  • Emotional and physical care to recover from birth
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Light house-keeping + meal prep
  • Child care for older children so parents can attend to their own needs
